This is just a great graphic. So what is the difference between an oil spill and a solar spill?
A solar spill is a good thing, a very nice day-- for years to come. Because solar energy is renewable, inifinitely available from the sun and means that by using PV renewable energy, we are creating 'nice days' now and long into the future, a wonderful gift for future generations.
Alternately, an oil spill results in not only in a very bad day, but very bad days for years and even for generations to come.
What are these Canadian kids eating for breakfast that is making them so strong? That is precisely what twleve year old Rachel Parent wants to know after completing her science research project. Why does shes want to know? Simple, so she can choose.
Rachel also wants to see the research and wants to make sure proper, independent science confirms without a doubt that what she is eating is healthy for her, and for her future, i.e. the world she will inherit.
The Green Ump applauds Rachel the belief that we, as consumers, have a basic right to know what is in our food and the products we buy and use.
